Everything listed on our site is unconditionally guaranteed. If you are not satisfied with something, please send it back within 30 days of receipt and we will gladly exchange, credit, or refund the cost of the item. Shipping and handling cannot be reimbursed, so please be aware that if you are purchasing a product that has "Free Shipping" our actual shipping costs will be deducted from your return refund. In addition some of our items carry a restocking fee which will be deducted from your return should you wish to return them.

Terms and Conditions

We offer a 30 Day Limited Money Back Guarantee of futon frames, futon mattresses, bean bags and tables that are not damaged or defective. To return your futon frame, futon mattress, bean bag or table you need authorization. All returns require an RA Number. To receive your RA Number please Email us and we will give you the return address and instructions on how to exchange. Please notice that any return that does not have an RA Number will be refused.

A 25% restocking fee will be charged to all futon frames, futon mattresses, bean bags and tables returned within 30 days. Upon receiving the undamaged item, we will credit your card less restocking fees and shipping charges

Damaged & Missing Parts

Should an item be damaged during shipping your order is insured. Please keep all damaged contents and all packaging and contact us immediately at info@futonfactoryoutlet.com in order for us to file a damage claim with the shipping company and make alternative arrangements for your order. All damaged products MUST BE reported within 24 hours of receipt. If parts are missing, please notify us right away. We will work to help you get needed replacements as quickly as possible at no extra charge.

If you decide you do not want parts or a replacement unit, the product can be returned under our Return Policy. If we made an error, and it cannot be remedied with replacement parts or a complete replacement, we will pay to return the item to us.

In the case of a manufacturer's defect, we can replace the defective part, or if needed, the entire unit. We stand 100% behind our products and the manufacturers who produce them, and we will make every effort to resolve any problems.

Non-Returnable Products

Not all products are eligible for return. Foam furniture and futon covers are considered special order and in many cases are cut and sewn for each individual customer. Therefore, are not returnable. Please contact us if you have any questions about the return-ability of the products you are ordering.

Customer will be responsible for all shipping charges unless items are damaged, defective or incorrect (wrong color, size, or style).

By placing an order, Futon Factory Outlet customers acknowledge acceptance of these terms.

Futon Factory Outlet works hard for you to ship out your order ASAP, for this reason once an order is placed it cannot be cancelled. Thank you for your understanding.
