Assembling Your Futon

Nearly all futons need to be assembled. The most important thing to do while assembling the futon is to take your time; although most futons can be assembled within an hour, it is best to devote a whole afternoon to assemble it. Each of our futons are shipped with hardware and instructions that will walk you through the process. It is advisable to take an inventory of the parts of the futon before starting. And, you should read the instructions before assembly. If using power tools while assembling the futon, be careful as these tools are so strong that they may over-tighten or strip out the hardware used to hold the frame together.
