If an item was purchased and you received “free shipping”, you will be responsible for the original shipping cost from us to you, and from you to us. A 25% re-stocking will apply on all futon frames that are returned.
• Futon Mattresses: All futon Mattresses can returned within 30 days for a refund. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges. If an item was purchased and you received “free shipping”, you will be responsible for the original shipping cost from us to you, and from you to us. A 25% re-stocking will apply on all futon mattresses that are returned.
• Futon Covers: All futon covers are made to order and cannot be returned.
• Tables: All Tables can returned within 30 days for a refund. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges. If an item was purchased and you received “free shipping”, you will be responsible for the original shipping cost from us to you, and from you to us. A 25% re-stocking will apply on all Tables that are returned.
• Foam Furniture/Bean Bags: All Foam Furniture/Bean Bags can returned within 30 days for a refund. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges. If an item was purchased and you received “free shipping”, you will be responsible for the original shipping cost from us to you, and from you to us. A 25% re-stocking will apply on all Foam Furniture/Bean Bags that are returned.
• Other Items: All other items from our store are made to order and cannot be returned.

All returns require an RMA #. To receive your RMA # please Email us and we will give you the address and instructions on how to exchange. Any return that does not have an RMA # will be refused. To properly process the exchange you need to include your original invoice (received with your package) with your name, address, email address, and order number (if available, from the confirmation email).

Customer will be responsible for all shipping charges unless items are damaged, defective or incorrect (wrong color, size, or style).
